Beef stroganoff recipe

this is super easy and tastes like it took you all day!  gather the following items:

french onion soup mix  ( the dry kind, comes with to packettes youll need both)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup ( i use the kind with garlic gives alittle more flavor)
1 can mushrooms
1 to  1.5 Lbs. cubed beef


mix 2 cans of mushroom soup mix plus ONE can milk, along with the two dry french onion soup packettes and the can of mushrooms. stir them up in a big bowl because next youll mix in the beef make sure its coated well.  dump all of it into a covered cassarole dish  for about 2.5 to 3 hours on 325 degrees. stir occasionally and uncover the last 20 or so min.   serve over egg noodles with a big blob of sour cream.
